What a brilliant place to buy a bike. I have bought a bike before from another dealer via an online purchase from eBay which I am anxious about as I don’t get to see the bike and test it ect ect and they was really nice people but these guys go that extra bit further. these guys treat you like they are your best buddy and have know you years. You can tell straight away they are 100% genuine and if you can find a dealership with kinder staff you must be in heaven???? honestly I’ve not met nicer people they looked after me from start to finish and not one phone call was unanswered. I spoke to at least 3 guys there and Chris was the guy that dealt with my purchase of Suzuki TL 1000 R. He was a real pleasure and I can’t praise him enough. He is is one of the nicest guys I’ve ever had the pleasure to talk to. he genuinely cares about his customers. I am chuffed to bits with this bike it’s my dream bike and has been since 1998 when I saw one so thank you Chris and the rest of your team for being so kind and helping get me back on the road. I shall be back for another bike in future IF I can ever let this bike go???? The delivery guy was brilliant too and very professional. He called me twice to let me know his location.

Travelled 116 miles to meet the people I'd dealt with and I could not have been made more welcome. cannot recommend these people high enough keep up the great work.

Bought a bike from KJM in May 23. Kindly held the bike for me whilst I sorted my finances. Had the bike for just over 3 months and it developed a fault. It was outside the 3 month warranty but KJM kindly offered to still try and fix it. Took it back, they had the bike for over 2 hours found and repaired the fault for free. Can't get better than that for service. Great company, friendly staff and a top mechanic.

Fantastic bunch of guys, got a fantastic deal on a late Kawasaki versys in the colour I wanted, fair trade in price too on a 1250 bandit, Mike the salesman is a cracking fella, & even fitted me a new pair of quality tyres at no extra cost to see me on my way, I literally could have ridden the bike home & made £500 profit on it the same day,,,, but I wont, I love it, thanks KJM, you have a new loyal future customer ????

Avernus Biker Lifestyle 1 review 2 years ago I've bought a few bikes from KJM Superbike over the years (most recently a 2008 DL1000) and I've always felt like I've come away with a good deal and been treated with professional courtesy. The guys at KJM are my first call for servicing, MOT and repairs too, as I'm confident they won't take the piss and quite often will offer advice for free that'll save me a few quid by fixing my own bike problems. I'm happy to give them 5 stars and I'm happy to recomend them to my club and other bikers in the area.

Bought a used Duacti from these guys online and and it was exactly as described, if not better! It was delivered in mint condition and promptly too! Very helpful and would definitely use again. Can’t fault these guys, thank you KJM, top service!

Yes I know u should shop local, but I’m sorry these guys r in a league of their own. We have just purchased our 2nd bike from them living land & water away from them they make everything so simple few emails few calls amazing customer service. Yes it’s a bit of travel but most definitely worth it. Guys thanks again 5 stars just does not cover it. We have Highly recommended u bk home here in Fermanagh N.Ireland.

The technician who did the MOT was Glen, from the initial phone call booking the MOT to arriving, he really made the visit worth while and certainly knows his stuff, I was made me to feel very welcome. Glenn introduced me to Dave Smith from next door, who me and my father bought a bike from over 40 years ago, I will definitely be recommending KJM & Glen. Gary Lamb.
Road Slogger They are really good, they are part of a bigger group of dealers so they can always find a bike for you. I'd rather deal with KJM than other dealers within that group tho. I found they were selling a Subaru WRX they had taken in part exchange against a CB1300 on Auto Trader. I was assured it was in good condition, and on travelling for 3 1/2 hours and 250 miles, it was. After a bit of bargaining on the phone before we set off on arrival my son bought it for a decent price. I also purchased a Triumph Daytona 955 from them and that was true to description. Also a mate of mine bought an aging £2000 ZX7R from them, had it delivered, he found a few bearings were worn and needed replacing, they offered to replace them under warranty if he sent the parts to them. So...

What can I say about KJM Superbikes? Well I could say a hell of a lot, but I'll condense it down to the key points: 1. Truly the best customer service I've experienced. The whole team there are informative, patient and kind. I had Ian who dealt with all the paper work and enquires. Any question I had, he would reply usually within the hour. 2. Excellent delivery. Mark was very prompt, professional and friendly. Bike arrived in perfect condition, with everything as stated on their advertisment. 3. Trust. Having not being able to test the bike before I bought it, there is always a bit of scepticism there whether or not the bike would be right. With KJM Superbikes, you can throw caution to the wind. They have looked after me incredibly well, and the bike is in perfect condition. In summary, I would recommend KJM to just about everyone. I will be coming back to them again for my next bike. Thank you to all the KJM team and especially Ian.

Bought a Benelli 1130 tnt off Wigan KJM a few days ago. Very easy and straight forward to deal with. David brought the Benelli to my house and collected the part exchange. Fantastic, honest and very helpful dealer, with great customer service. Collected my bike after a nasty crash, looked after it and were kind enough to even help put the bike into a mates van, when I went to collect it. Throughout the process, emails were answered promptly and they were a pleasure to deal with. Proper bikers - I would strongly recommend them.
Amish Dahyabhai 3 reviews a year ago- I had been looking for my perfect bike over the last few months and came across KJM super bikes on AutoTrader. I live in London so trusting a company over 200miles away was always going to be difficult for me. However the boys at KJM made it so easy and reassuring. I was able to put down a deposit of £100 which they then sent a load of photos of the bike. At any point in time I was able to say no and get a full refund of that deposit. They did offer me the option of having a courier send the bike to me however I decided to make a trip up to Wigan to see it for myself. They offered to pick me up from the local station as the place was in the countryside. Ian was brilliant throughout the whole process and the mechanic showed me everything to be aware about the bike. I rode the bike back to London (200miles) in one stint and at no point did I think the bike was going to break on me. The reviews I found for this place were poor but it seems they’ve put a lot of hard work to fix those concerns. Friendly company with loads to offer. Amazing customer experience. Thankyou.

I'm both a motorcyclist, (I own of a 1998 Honda Blackbird) and Yes, a cyclist! ...I decided to call in at KJM's to check out their motorcycles - and, (WOW) came out with an 'Electric bike' to add to my collection of bicycles! All the staff, (I've met) at KJM are 'definitely not' Bums-in-seats - each one did their very best to help and answer my, (sometimes awkward) questions - Thanks guys! KJM is definitely worth a coat of looking at - I can throughly recommend this company!
